Lunch : Porridge With century Egg , meat and peanuts .

Dinner : Chicken Chop With Baked potatoes and Salad

Week 8 Reflections 


There's quite a bit of truth to the old semi-philosophical musing, "You are what you eat." But most of us really have no idea what we're eating.
